This modern prairie, new construction, custom spec home was built in Talline, Bend OR.  From the earliest stages, our design team reviewed site plans, floor plans, and elevations. With great attention to detail, we called out all specifications and finishes. We hand selected all interior and exterior materials from flooring and tile, to countertops, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and hardware. We designed all cabinetry and built-ins to fit the space perfectly, and created detailed tile and finish layouts ensuring everything comes together beautifully.  Every decision is documented in a clear, builder-ready specifications package, making the process seamless and keeping the vision on track from start to finish.
