This new custom spec home built in Talline, Bend OR blends modern comforts with European Farmhouse character. From the earliest stages, our design team reviewed site plans, floor plans, and elevations. With great attention to detail, we called out all specifications and finishes. We hand selected all interior and exterior materials from flooring and tile, to countertops, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and hardware. We designed all cabinetry and built-ins to fit the space perfectly, and created detailed tile and finish layouts ensuring everything comes together beautifully. For this project we added in staging and styling of the home. Every decision is documented in a clear, builder-ready specifications package, making the process seamless and keeping the vision on track from start to finish. The result is a show stopping new build that blends European Farmhouse character with the natural beauty of Central Oregon living.
